Roofing Service Areas Across Perth
We repair and restore roofs across the Perth metropolitan region and Mandurah. Every part of Perth has its own roof story: salt air on the coast, bushfire rules in the Hills, 1970s brick-and-tile in the middle suburbs and new Colorbond estates on the fringes. Find your area below.

SERVICE AREA
Find Your Region
Perth’s 30 metro councils plus Mandurah, grouped into six regions. Tap a region to read what matters for roofs there.

Western Suburbs and Coast
Councils: Cambridge, Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Nedlands, Peppermint Grove, Subiaco, Fremantle, East Fremantle, Melville.
Salt air and the afternoon Fremantle Doctor are the big roof stories here. Close to breaking surf, standard steel corrodes faster, so repairs need coastal-grade Colorbond and fixings. Character homes in Fremantle, Subiaco and Claremont often have terracotta roofs, box gutters and heritage considerations.
Inner and Eastern Central
Councils: Perth, Vincent, Stirling, Bayswater, Bassendean, Belmont, Victoria Park, South Perth, Canning.
Much of this area was built from the 1950s to the 1980s: brick-and-tile homes whose ridge mortar is now failing, older box gutters in suburbs like Mount Lawley and North Perth, and some homes with asbestos-era roofs or eaves. Coastal Stirling suburbs like Scarborough need coastal-grade materials.
North-West
Councils: Joondalup, Wanneroo.
From Hillarys and Sorrento to Clarkson, Butler and Yanchep: 1980s to 2000s brick-and-tile homes alongside newer Colorbond estates, with strong exposure to coastal winds. Winter storms hit these coastal suburbs hard, so tie-downs and secure fixings matter.
North-East and Hills
Councils: Swan, Kalamunda, Mundaring.
Midland, Ellenbrook, the Swan Valley and the Perth Hills. Leaves fill gutters and valleys fast under the jarrah and marri, and many Hills properties are in bushfire-prone areas, where BAL ratings and ember protection for vents, gutters and roof openings apply under AS 3959.
South-West Coast and Mandurah
Councils: Cockburn, Kwinana, Rockingham, plus Mandurah (Peel).
Coastal salt and storm exposure. Lots of 1990s to 2010s homes in Baldivis, Secret Harbour and Port Kennedy, plus older coastal homes needing corrosion-resistant repairs.
South-East
Councils: Armadale, Gosnells, Serpentine-Jarrahdale.
Older concrete tile homes in Gosnells, Thornlie and Kelmscott now due for ridge work and restorations, plus fast-growing Colorbond estates around Byford. Hills-edge suburbs like Roleystone have bushfire considerations.
